Return Policy & Instructions

All products offered by Skdiamant.com are protected by a 30 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused conditions.

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for:

• A full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, gift packing, or other charges.

• A product exchange

The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.

Certain individual products are ineligible for return, as noted on the website pages displaying those products. Items offered at 50% off or more the original price are final sales

Free Gifts with purchase

Free Gifts with purchase must be returned together with your purchase to be eligible for a refund. Or, you can choose to return the purchase for an exchange or store credit and still keep the Free Gift.

Re-stocking fees

Due to high returning expenses a 10% restocking fee applies on returns over $400. No restocking fees are applied to product Exchanges or lower value returns.

Monogrammed or Custom items

Sorry, Skdiamant.com cannot accept returns for monogrammed or custom-made items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Skdiamant.com will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service.

All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (shipping excluded) will be credited when skdiamant.com has received and processed your return. Typically, within 7-10 business days after the item is delivered back to skdiamant.com

SKDiamant is delighted to inform that all our valued us customers can send returns directly to our US-based warehouse.

Return Instructions

Follow the steps below to return your order: Please note, skdiamant.com cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are returned without proper Skdiamant authorization. Return Authorization must be obtained by following all of the steps below:

1 - Make sure you have read and understood our Return Policy above.

2 - Start with your SKDiamant account and click on "Return Items". Select the items/orders you wish to return and submit your return authorization request form. (Your account will only display orders eligible to be returned according to our 30 day return policy)

3 - Skdiamant will email you a Return Authorization Number and Instructions within 4 to 6 business days, SKDiamant will send you return details by email.

4 - Follow the return instructions contained in the email and ship the item back to the address below within the same email.

(Repack the product in its original packaging materials, including warranties. Do not include any other markings or text on the package except those specified in our email instructions.)
Return freight charges must be covered by the customer. In case of product exchange, Skdiamant will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.

If you prefer a refund, The time it takes for depend on the credit card company. we will email you when the credit has been submitted to your credit card. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
